In February I transitioned to a vegan lifestyle and I learned about SO many new things. One of them is green monsters, which I initially learned about from Angela. She actually created such a buzz about them that she created an entirely separate website – the Green Monster Movement – as a way to track all the recipes. I’ve gotten my boyfriend hooked on them too which works out for me because now he will make them in the mornings and leave some for me 🙂
Also, I’ve been inspired recently by Clare at Fitting It All In. She works out every single morning before work – goes to the gym or a class, packs a bag, showers there and goes straight to work. THAT’S dedication! Every day she writes about her workouts and reading her blog has been my motivation to get up and do something in the morning, too.
I own Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred and the workouts are only 20 mins each so it’s not hard to do before work. I definitely feel better when I start my day with a workout so I just wanted to say thank you to Clare for inspiring me 🙂
